What will my first time in your gym be like?

Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome staff will give you a tour of the facilities and walk through your goals and how we will proceed on wards with your coach. We call this on-boarding.

What makes your gym different?

We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street?  Eddie Hart Savannah?

We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Nutrition? Metabolic, strength and functional training? Working out with a group of like-minded people who know you by name?  If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out.

What is your open gym policy?

For any experienced  Metcons, Weightlifters, and Power lifters we have an Open Gym where you can follow your own programming. We only ask that you follow our house rules.

They are:

  1. Class has priority in the Aerobic Space.
  2. Clips on all bars with weight even while warming up. No exceptions.
  3. Replace and re-rack all equipment after use.
  4. No obscene language
  5. Maintain personal hygiene
  6. Wear appropriate clothing suitable for working out.
  7. Have fun!

We’ve listened to our members, and you’ve told us that you would like the freedom to train at a time that suits you.

So we  extended our hours  to 4am to 12am – meaning you can train  7 days a week – at a time that is right for you between these hours. Once you enter  our gym before 12 am you can train as long as you want.

Crunch Fitness Training Centre  has the following policy for Extended Hours members.

  1. ONLY experienced weightlifters, power-lifters or cross-fitters can gain access to extended hours. No coaching clients or amateurs.
  2. Do not allow anyone else but you to enter gym with your keytag  – Membership will be revoked immediately with no refund.
  3. Do not allow tailgating on entry to gym. Membership will be revoked immediately with no refund.
  4. Only Monthly memberships are allowed key-tag entry. Absolutely no drop ins or guests.
  5. Our gym is “Open Air” please close any windows or louvers that you open after you have completed your workout.
  6. Re rack and replace equipment after use.
  7. All “OPEN GYM” rules apply.
  8. Lost key-tags can be replaced at the $50.00 fee.
  9. Any emergency/issues please contact 350 5844, 350 5868, 356 1429.
How do I receive Extended Hours access?

You can sign up during staffed hours in the gym.

As a CFTC member the cost is $50.00. You will receive a KEYTAG  that will give you access to the facility during extended hours while staff is not in house.

What security does the extended hours offer?

We have remote camera viewing by staff during extended hours. There are two locked gates for you to access before entry into gym. There is also a camera monitor located at the front desk that you can view anytime of the car parks, the stairwell as well as the entire gym. There are also hidden cameras that members cannot view.

Exit buttons are at both doors for you to exit. In case of electricity shut down you have 10 minutes to get out of gym before the gym locks down.

Do I need to reserve a spot or contact anyone for coaching?

Please use the Schedule via the website’s Member Portal to let your coach know the time you will be coming.

We do not turn anyone away but it is better for us to plan ahead your workouts before you arrive.

What are your Staffed Hours?

Our Reception and coaches are in house as follows:

Weekdays: 5am to 10pm

Saturdays: 7am to 7pm

Sundays: 8:30am to 6pm

Public Holidays: 9am to 2pm
